makes 600 ml (1 1/2 smoothies)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 1/2 cups cold brewed green tea (or water)
1/2 cup frozen strawberry halves
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
2 heaping tablespoons pea protein powder (or preferred vegetable protein)
1 tablespoon powdered barley grass juice
1 teaspoon powdered cinnamon
4-6 drops stevia
- put chia seeds and water into blender jug and leave for 15 minutes
- blend until chia seeds are no longer visible
- add remaining ingredients and blend until very smooth
- pour into tall glass
- enjoy
